Meet Gavin

Gavin Thrasher is a conductor, producer, vocalist, and educator, serving as Choral Director for OCSA’s Classical Voice Conservatory and Vocal Director for Montage! Ensemble. He holds a Master of Music from USC, where he conducted the Apollo Chorus. He has led ensembles including the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles and Big Apple Performing Arts in New York City and has developed music programs across Los Angeles. He has conducted at prestigious venues such as Disney Hall, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and Carnegie Hall, with his work recognized by major media outlets. Passionate about music’s transformative power, Gavin is dedicated to its accessibility and impact.
